  • Technical complexity. A cumbersome and manual process including dozens of missing fields from ATS and mapped with the mandatory fields requested by France Travail

Objectives

  • Automatically deploy JTMO to allow Lidl to broadcast its job ads and thus be monitored by France Travail advisers locally
  • Block illegal and/or discriminatory job ads in order to achieve less than 20% failure
