- Broadcast several thousand jobs on France Travail through JTMO
- Organization based on 1,600 store locations, 26 regional departments, 80 establishments per department, 50 new stores per year
- Technical complexity. A cumbersome and manual process including dozens of missing fields from ATS and mapped with the mandatory fields requested by France Travail
- Failed test a few months ago with another partner
Objectives
- Automatically deploy JTMO to allow Lidl to broadcast its job ads and thus be monitored by France Travail advisers locally
- Block illegal and/or discriminatory job ads in order to achieve less than 20% failure
