What type of profile should be involved in onboarding?

The profiles adapted to benefit from onboarding are recruiters, project managers or anyone who can decide to publish job offers.

What are the prerequisites for setting up a publishing channel?

This of course depends on the channel but in general the following elements must be provided:

  • If the channel is sponsored and you manage your budgets yourself, you need to open an account with the channel and credit the account in order to be able to publish
  • Check which fields are required on job postings for this channel. You can do it directly in the Xtramile platform. You will then need to make sure that you provide values for these fields, or that the Xtramile platform can deduct them for you.
  • Some channels like Indeed require sending an initial feed of job ads for the job board to do its own checks. Take time with your Xtramile contact to prepare this feed in advance. Once this feed is validated, you will not need to go back to it.
  • Some channels like LinkedIn require you to set up a configuration within their own platform. So make sure you have your login and password at hand for this type of channel.
