Objectives

  • Boosting the reputation and traffic of the UIMM
  • Broadcast and Optimize UIMM's jobs in these 4 job types precisely on multiple channels (Aggregators, SEA, Display and SMO)

Results

  • Connected and tested multiple channels used by UIMM throughout the year.
  • Saved several Hundreds hours in the posting process based on seasonality.
  • Close to 200K visits generated on the UIMM candidate site since the golive in 2024
  • Nearly 17000 applications in 12 months (2024) at a cost divided by nearly 3.5 compared to 2023.
